【Scope of Application】 | |
| Mainly used for whitening and brightening polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-silk, polyester-linen, polyester-wool, and other blended fabrics. Especially suitable for pad dyeing or high-temperature exhaust dyeing processes. | |
【Usage Methods】 | |
| 1. Thermosol dyeing method Dosage: 2–3 g/l (depending on user testing) Process flow: Two dips and two nips (pick-up rate 70%) → Pre-drying (100°C) → Curing (color development) (180–200°C, 20–30 seconds) 2. High-temperature exhaust dyeing method Dosage: 0.2–0.3% (relative to fabric weight) Bath ratio: 1:10–30 Dyeing temperature: 120–130°C Holding time: 30–60 minutes pH: 5–10 (acidic bath preferred) 3. Low-temperature adsorption fixation exhaust dyeing method Dosage: 0.5–1.0% (relative to fabric weight) Bath ratio: 1:25–40 Dyeing temperature: 50–60°C Holding time: 30 minutes pH = 4.5–5 (adjusted with acetic acid) Process flow: Add ZK-100 whitening agent and additives (Glauber's salt 1–2%, adjust pH with glacial acetic acid) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature → Heat to 50°C, dye for 30 minutes → Rinse → Dehydrate and pre-dry → Heat setting (180–190°C, 30 seconds) | |
【Precautions】 | |
| 1. Shake well before use, then measure accurately. Excessive dosage may reduce whiteness or even cause yellowing; insufficient dosage affects whiteness. 2. If sedimentation or layering is observed in the suspension, shake well before use. However, if clumping occurs (except in winter when freezing may occur—warm to melt), consult our company. | |
